  Inventory verification or starting from scratch, our professionals will carefully notate each bottle in the collection whether in your home cellar or professional storage unit.
• Re-organization
  Chai Consulting professionals physically organize private cellars to meet the needs of the individual collector based on inventory composition, consumption patterns, bottle condition or personal preference.  Where applicable, we carefully mark boxes for easy location and inventory tracking.  Where possible, all purchases can be placed in your cellar to assure continued organization.
• Cellar Software Input and Upkeep
  We upload the information for each bottle into online cellar software. Once entered, the online inventory may be managed by Chai Consulting specialists or by you personally.  We offer ongoing inventory management with on-site data collection where available, or by using consumption information provided by the collector.  Updated feedback on collection management can be regularly supplied following analysis of consumption patterns. Purchases can be automatically uploaded into your online inventory by our professionals to keep it accurate and up to date.
