• Tastings
  We provide formal or informal educational tastings for large or intimate groups. From corporate dinners and seminars to a group of friends getting together for an evening of fun, we tailor wine tasting events to match your explicit needs and expectations.
• Classes
  We offer classes about wine styles, varietals, wine regions, wine production, and wine service as well as how to taste like a professional. It is our goal to help you understand your palate and preferences as well the theory behind what is in the glass.
• CWE Exam Preparation & Educational Tutoring
  Classes are designed to assist candidates in preparing for both the tasting and written aspects of CSW, CWE and WSET exams with structured seminars on tasting methodologies and practice, as well as theory. For the Society of Wine Educators exams, workshops are focused on passing the Wine Components and Imbalances Tasting, the Varietal Recognition tasting, and Theory component.
• Charity Wine Auction Speaking and Valuation
  As active members in the community, Maureen and her team donate time and resources to charity organizations providing professional appraisals and speaking resources that raise bids and improve auction results.

Chai Consulting designed Discover Italy & Enthusiast Series (SF only) classes, The French Wine Scholar program, and soon CSW and CWE prep classes are all being instructed by Chai Consulting professionals through Discover Wines & Spirits.
