Head of Wholesale & Corporate Sales Watson’s Wine Born in a wine making family in the Loire Valley, Etienne has been living in Hong Kong and working in the industry for 10 years after gaining experience in Burgundy.

Since 2011, Etienne has been running the Wholesale, Corporate & Private Clients department for leading importer & distributor Watson’s Wine and has gained recognition for his expertise, customer focus and integrity.

Graduated from HEC Paris Business School and holder of WSET Diploma with Merit, he has a particular crush on Burgundy wines.

Rob Moskow

Rob has been an avid collector of wines for the past twenty-five years.  His travels during those times allowed him to build relationships in different wine regions and has given him a love for the wines of the world but, in particular, wines from Burgundy, Bordeaux, California, and Tuscany. During that same time frame, Rob was a practising attorney specialising in investigation work for corporate clients and multiple areas of defence litigation.

Upon retiring from the practice of law, Rob sought a second career that combined his love of wine with his investigation background.  After reading an article featuring Ms. Downey, Rob decided to register for the TCM Certified Authenticator program.

Rob began his TCM Certified Authenticator training in June 2019.  He is simultaneously pursuing his WSET Level 3 Certification, having earned his Level 2 Certification with Merit earlier in 2019.  Upon completing his TCM Certified Authenticator training, Rob will provide TCM Certified Authenticator Services in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

When not preparing for his new profession, Rob, who is an Ironman and Xterra World Championships finisher, is most likely training for his next endurance race.

Andrew Cullimore

Andrew has been involved with wine in one way or another since leaving school 19 years ago, initially as a sales assistant at his local off-licence , then as a sommelier at a private club in London.  He trained to be a chef at Leith’s School of Food and Wine, winning their annual prize for wine, and completed his advanced certificate from the WSET.

In 2004 he worked at the cheesemongers Paxton and Whitfield, a London institution and purveyors to the Royal family, whilst finishing his WSET Diploma.After this he took a job with renowned London merchant Berry Brothers & Rudd, before upping sticks and moving with his young family to Brazil.While in Brazil he worked for a small wine merchant in his local town, helping grow the variety and quality of wines available to the continually expanding base of new consumers.

Returning to the UK in 2010 he decided to have a go at wine trading, finding out it wasn’t really for him; having tried and failed to get a ‘lowest bid’ wine auction site off the ground for an unhappy 11 month period he represented Acker Merrall & Condit in the UK, something he is a little embarrassed about.

Andrew returned to Brazil in 2013, this time principally as a wine consumer, and now concentrates his wine activities to collecting almost exclusively from well-known merchants in the UK, many of which he has had a relationship with for a decade or more, along with attending tastings and enjoying what the local wine scene has to offer.

Authenticity and provenance have always been of upmost importance when building his collection.  Hungry for more knowledge he attended our training levels I and II in San Francisco and looks forward to becoming our TCM trainee and eventually trained authenticator for Brazil and South America.

Away from wine he enjoys dealing with small scale property development and
refurbishment, playing football and listening to classical music.Andrew speaks fluent Portuguese and a little Spanish.

Julien Drevon

The Head of Fine Wine & Spirits for the Sarment Group was educated at L’Etincelle Sommelier School in the picturesque city of Nîmes, Southern France. Julien’s talent was spotted early when he was awarded the 2006 Grand Prix M. Chapoutier’s Best Student Sommelier in France.

His career began at the famous 3 Michelin-starred Guy Savoy in Paris, where he spent 4 years mastering his craft. In 2010, Julien was rewarded with the opportunity to become Head Sommelier at Guy Savoy in Singapore. After 3 successful years, Julien assumed a lead role at Tetsuya Wakuda’s three Michelin-starred Waku Ghin. Joining Sarment in Singapore in 2014, Julien is the Head of Fine Wine & Spirits for the entire Sarment group.

Working across all Sarment’s business units in Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing & Tokyo, Julien’s experience and impeccable standards are prized assets for Sarment as their brand continues to expand across the region.

Jade Reiwern Foo

Reiwern is the founder of Colossians Advisories, a private wine consultancy that specialises in investor collections, subject matter expert engagements and family cellar management.

Her experience in the wine industry expands across the marketing management of beverage distributors, the development of an education and client engagement channel for the Southeast Asian headquarters of the world’s most historic fine wine merchant, as well as a present engagement with Asia’s leading representative office, working with premium family wineries to establish brand presence across Asia Pacific. Based in Singapore and working across Asia, Reiwern also contributes to local wine trade journals and has been profiled in the region’s oldest wine magazine.

I came across the when researching the proliferation of counterfeit wines, and the vision & philosophy of TCM Authenticator Programme immediately resonated with me. Wine began as a personal pleasure and has very rapidly grown into a career for me, one in which I’ve gained tremendous respect for the spirited producers we work with.

At the same time, it gives me immense gratification when my knowledge is pivotal in the consumer’s learning journey about wine, and with this responsibility comes the necessity of understanding our world’s trends, evolution and risks. Through this training I aim to provide producers and consumers alike with an
Authenticator’s refined approach to the protection of our passion – wine.

Karen Ao

Nick Harris

Nick is a forensic professional with over ten years’ experience in the prevention, detection and response to fraud and corruption. He is currently a Senior Manager in EY’s Forensic & Integrity Services team based in Zürich. Prior to joining EY Forensics in 2012 in Melbourne, Nick worked for the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission, a government law enforcement agency, in their financial crime division. He is a qualified forensic accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner.

Nick has been around wine from a young age, having grown up close to vineyards in Tasmania, Australia. He developed a passion for wine after a close family friend and winemaker opened a birth-year Burgundy with him. After attending a wine fraud and counterfeiting presentation and training by Maureen in Hong Kong in 2019, Nick decided to combine his passion with his profession and embark on the TCM authenticator program.

Seth Box

Moët Hennessy is the wine and spirits division of Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy; the largest luxury goods company in the world.  Seth is responsible for corporate and private client business in the U.S. for Moët Hennessy.

Seth began working in the wine business in 1999 after moving to the Napa Valley to follow his passion for wine. While in Napa, Seth held several wine production positions, including time in the cellars of Joseph Phelps. By 2002, he was offered a role as assistant wine maker in New Zealand’s Marlborough district, and later that year moved to Italy into a full time wine making position with the Ceretto family in Piedmont.

In addition to wine making, he was also the first non-family member to represent Ceretto as export manager. In 2005, Mr. Box returned to the U.S. when he was recruited as Brand Manager for Moët Hennessy to manage their Italian wine portfolio. By 2008, he was promoted to Director of Education, and in 2014 became their Private Client Director.

Seth holds degrees in International Relations and Economics and speaks Italian.  He obtained the Advanced Certificate from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust, and is B.A.R. (Beverage Alcohol Resource) Certified.  He recently enrolled to become a Certified Wine Authenticator.

In addition to being featured in articles by the New York Times and Wall Street Journal, he has appeared on several national television broadcasts and serves as a judge for the International Wine and Spirits Competition.

Alison Eisermann-Ctercteko, MW

Alison began her career in the wine industry working as an Agriculture educator and while undertaking an Oenology Degree through Charles Sturt University, Australia. Her earlier qualifications include a Degree in Biochemistry and Microbiology and Graduate Diploma in Education. In 2013 Alison qualified as a Master of Wine.

Early wine industry roles included winery cellar hand, vineyard operations, wine retail and lecturing. The largest project for a period of over 10 years was establishing and managing a 110 ha vineyard in Central New South Wales and later producing wines in their boutique winery for 6 years.

After relocating to Sydney, Alison continued wine making, vineyard consulting, wine lecturing and judging throughout Australia the US and UK International Wine and Spirit Competition (IWSC) and as a Panel Chair for the past 12 years at the International Wine Challenge (IWC).

Alison has travelled extensively through the worlds key wine regions and judged wines from most styles and countries. Alison is an Australian Wine Show Auditor.

For the past 13 years she has been a lecturer at the Sydney Wine Academy, presenting primarily the UK Wine and Spirit Education trust (WSET) courses at all levels, developing course materials and corporate training. Also over the past five years she has been lecturing for Asia Wine Service and Education Centre (AWSEC) Hong Kong and China. Currently Alison is also working with Wine InTuition a specialist wine education centre for training and corporate events.

Alison has been involved with the Institute of Masters of Wine education programme, course days and assessment. More recently, Alison recently completed the WSET L3 in Sake and the WSG Italian Wine Scholar. Her latest project is to become accredited as a TCM Wine Fraud Investigator and Authenticator. Another passion is a small Pinot Noir vineyard and guesthouse in Tasmania. Alison is interested in wine quality through good winemaking, storage and packaging.

She is excited to learn from TCM, Wine Fraud Instructors, and their expertise to help inform and protect the wine community from fraudsters, protect reputations of wine producers, and prevent the deceiving of consumers/ investors.

She is also looking forward to identifying fraudsters and preventing them profiteering from their illegal pursuits.

Angelina Cheuk

Angelina Cheuk is a wine enthusiast who is currently studying for the level 3 WSET qualification.

She was brought up in London, and achieved a Bachelor’s of Science degree at the University of Nottingham in Biochemistry, before graduating and moving to Hong Kong to pursue a career in wine. She has been working in the fine wine industry since 2015 and is now developing her knowledge in wine authentication.

Alongside widening her wine knowledge, she is also undertaking whisky
certifications. Her aim is to open the eyes of everyone around her to the world of wine, and at the same time ensure that the wine world continues to prosper by joining the intensifying fight against wine fraud.

Mario Fang

To put it simply, Mario Fang is not just an avid lover of wine, but also a serial entrepreneur. As well as currently being the founder of CellWine – a technology base startup company, he has also founded well known Taiwanese Public Relations agency ICL which has since been aquired by one of the Global Big 3 communications group, Publicis Groupe; Mario is an associate professor at Shih Hsin University.

Mario first started CellWine as a remedy to all his concerns with wine storage and management. Now, CellWine is a favorite of global wine lovers and collectors alike, with over 150,000 downloads, making it one of the top 5 wine related application on the market.

Andy started out as a keen whiskey collector and a serious home chef whilst working in the legal industry 10 years ago. On a special occasion when he tasted one of the best steak he ever had, he had his very first unforgettable Barolo, paired with the steak, and instantly became a wine aficionado (more of a fanatic). He started building his wine collection since 2015 and witnessed how fine wine can be profitable, he then left his legal career and created Eastern Wine Traders, a company based in China to promote fine wine investment, collection and trade.

During these years, Andy has found a huge demand for fine wine in China but yet a lot of consumers or collectors do not recognise the importance of wine authentication or acknowledge wine fraud as a potential huge risk in the Chinese wine market. Having witnessed a lot of “self-claimed” experts on fine wine and went through a scam of hiring a self-proclaimed fine wine authenticator, Andy is desperate to learn from the best and to promote/facilitate/protect wine trading in China and Asia. To no surprise, after detailed research on high profile wine fraud cases, Andy found Maureen.

Andy is the founding president and member of BNI (Business Network Internationals) China Guangzhou Achieve Chapter, Executive Director of Guangdong Alcohol Industry Association, Vice President of Macao Wine Products Professional Association and member of Resident Landlords Association (U.K.).
