In 1997, Domonal saw a golden opportunity in the market for premium wines in Hong Kong and entered the business with an ambition to offer customers expert knowledge and unique insights into the art of wine. His company expanded rapidly from a single retail store to now covering import, wholesale, distribution, and online shopping as well as high-end services such as wine storage and wine exchange. Over the past two decades, Domonal has also been a regular guest speaker at corporate seminars, a frequent participant in wine fairs and festivals, and host to many social events, wine tastings, and wine dinners.
Professional Qualifications:
Domonal completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Hons.) in 1994 in England, and was awarded a Diploma in Marketing in the same year. He then earned the WSET Advanced Level Certificate and in 2015, qualified as a Certified Professional Mediator. He is now a Certified Risk Planner at the Institute of Crisis & Risk Management (Hon. FCRP), Fellow Member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK (FCIM), Corporate Member of the Hong Kong General Chambers of Wine & Spirits, and the 1st Vice President of Huaxia Lions Club of Hong Kong.

Head of Wholesale & Corporate Sales Watson’s Wine Born in a wine making family in the Loire Valley, Etienne has been living in Hong Kong and working in the industry for 10 years after gaining experience in Burgundy.
Since 2011, Etienne has been running the Wholesale, Corporate & Private Clients department for leading importer & distributor Watson’s Wine and has gained recognition for his expertise, customer focus and integrity.
Graduated from HEC Paris Business School and holder of WSET Diploma with Merit, he has a particular crush on Burgundy wines.
Andrew has been involved with wine in one way or another since leaving school 19 years ago, initially as a sales assistant at his local off-licence , then as a sommelier at a private club in London. He trained to be a chef at Leith’s School of Food and Wine, winning their annual prize for wine, and completed his advanced certificate from the WSET.
In 2004 he worked at the cheesemongers Paxton and Whitfield, a London institution and purveyors to the Royal family, whilst finishing his WSET Diploma.After this he took a job with renowned London merchant Berry Brothers & Rudd, before upping sticks and moving with his young family to Brazil.While in Brazil he worked for a small wine merchant in his local town, helping grow the variety and quality of wines available to the continually expanding base of new consumers.
Andrew returned to Brazil in 2013, this time principally as a wine consumer, and now concentrates his wine activities to collecting almost exclusively from well-known merchants in the UK, many of which he has had a relationship with for a decade or more, along with attending tastings and enjoying what the local wine scene has to offer.
Authenticity and provenance have always been of upmost importance when building his collection. Hungry for more knowledge he attended our training levels I and II in San Francisco and looks forward to becoming our TCM trainee and eventually trained authenticator for Brazil and South America.
Away from wine he enjoys dealing with small scale property development and
refurbishment, playing football and listening to classical music.Andrew speaks fluent Portuguese and a little Spanish.
